Rail Mounted 

5th wheel is mounted to a rail kit in the truck bed, pinning the base to the rails.

Single Point Mounted 

The mounting system is beneath the bed of the truck, mounted to the frame. This mounting system includes a four-inch hole in the bed. After the base is set into the mounting hole, a lever in the wheel-well is turned, engaging a pin through the post.
