Appointment Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and customers on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need.
Our Cancellation Policy is as Follows
We have a minimum 24 hour cancellation policy on all appointments. A $40 fee will be applied, if cancelling with less than 24 hour notice or arriving late for the appointment in the scheduled time.

Payment Due: Payment for all services and products is due in full at the time of service.

Cancellation/ No-Show Fee: We require at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or if you no-show your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $40.00.

Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit your appointment.

Declined Payments: If your card is declined for any applicable fee or outstanding balance, we will contact you, and prompt payment will be required to avoid further action, which may include a late fee or involvement of a collection agency.
