The BAKFlip MX4 is constructed primarily from alloy materials, including heavy-duty aluminum top panels and side rails. Reinforced with high-density polymer cores.

In addition to BAK’s patented auto-latching system, which automatically secures the cover when closed, the BAKFlip MX4 features re-engineered lock components for improved resistance to forced entry. 

EPDM rubber perimeter seals and tight-fit clamps provide our best seal yet, preventing seepage between the bed cover and bed rails. 

Operating the cover is simple—drop the tailgate, release the rear latch mechanism, and fold the cover toward the bulkhead. If full bed access is required, fold the cover flush against the rear window third brake light visibility remains unobstructed in any position.
